Some good news for businesses that use TikTok and who have also developed to use enterprise social media management tools. TikTok has enabled new content marketing partners. This means it is now possible to manage organic TikTok content via a selected set of social media management tools. This enables scheduling and publishing to TikTok. Plus it is now also possible to do all the community management you want and have access to real time analytics.

Do you want to take advantage of this? Then you must have a TikTok Business account. Personal and Creator accounts aren’t supported.

To switch your TikTok account to Business, follow these steps in the TikTok mobile app:

  • In your TikTok account, select your Profile.
  • Select the profile menu in the top right, and then select Settings and privacy.
  • Select Manage account, and then select Switch to Business Account.

Now you can add your TikTok business accounts to the approved partner tools as long as you have the appropriate rights to add accounts. Two examples are shown below for Hootsuite and Sprinklr. You can schedule and publish videos, engage with your audience, create real time analytics reports, and more.
