Top 40 Instagram accounts of 2014

Looking back that my summary of the top 40 Instagram accounts of 2014. To qualify for my 2014 list the Instagrammer not only had to deliver quality images, but also had to be consistent in doing so. Most of the Instagrammers had built up a significant presence but that was not essential to be included. I also found that three of the accounts that I was tracking during the year to include in this post were closed and gone by the end of the year!

So here is my summary of the very best and most innovative Instagram accounts from 2014, featured here in no particular order and with links so that you can explore each one.

Scenic

Food is new category compared to 2013. I noticed a large number of Instagrammers who featured food in 2014 so I decided to dedicate a section of the 2014 review to them. Starting with my favorite food Instagrammer, Myah, who is based in Tokyo.
